Let’s just say that if this was roughly 1997 and the Backstreet Boys had bothered popping in to Cape Town, I would have done anything to be there.  ANYTHING!  The Shape Of My Heart was missing one Brian sized piece if you know what I’m saying.  But they didn’t Quit Playing Games With My Heart and instead I had to listen to their tapes on repeat or wait until the DJ stopped talking so I could record the latest song on the radio.

Aaah, the good old days.

How much has changed in almost 20 years – incredible International bands and amazing artists are visiting our country so regularly that it’s basically a given that you’ll get to see them now.

Except if their tickets get sold out in the space of 20 minutes.

You heard me.  The One Direction tickets were sold out in 20 minutes flat.  And it’s no wonder, they are the hottest “boy band” around.
